Low Headroom Type Single Girder Workshop Overhead Crane Description:

LDC electric single-girder bridge crane is composed of box-shaped main girder, end beam, electric hoist and traveling mechanism welded by steel plates. The lower flange of the main beam (material 16Mn) is the running track for the electric hoist to complete the cargo transportation.

The electric hoist with low headroom structure can effectively increase the lifting height, and is suitable for places with low factory buildings and high requirements for lifting height.

LDC single-girder bridge cranes are suitable for occasions where the factory building is limited and the lifting height of ordinary cranes cannot meet the needs of customers. Used together with low headroom hoists, it is suitable for places where the height from the track surface of the factory building and warehouse to the bottom chord of the roof truss does not exceed 500mm.
