LH Type Electric Bridge Crane Introduction

The LH Type Electric Double Beam Electric Bridge Crane is designed and manufactured according to the national standard JB/T3695-2008 "Electric hoist bridge crane". It uses a fixed wire rope electric hoist as the lifting mechanism and is installed on the centrally driven double-track trolley, which is connected with the double-girder bridge. Similar in structure to the electric double-girder bridge crane, it is composed of four main components: bridge frame, trolley, cart and electric.Compared with the double-girder bridge crane, the LH Type Electric Double Beam Electric Bridge Crane has the advantages of compact size, low building headroom, light weight and small wheel pressure.

This product is mainly suitable for transfer, assembly, overhaul and loading and unloading operations in machining workshops, auxiliary workshops of metallurgical plants, warehouses, stockyards, power stations, etc. It can also replace ordinary double-girder overhead cranes for production workshops in light textile industry and food industry. The working type is light and intermediate, the working environment temperature is -20-40 ℃, and it is not suitable for flammable, explosive and corrosive medium environments.

1. LH model double girder EOT crane (overhead crane) is traveling on fixed support frame, it is using wire rope electric hoist as lifting mechanism;
2. The crane beams adopts box-type welding frame, the beam body is strong.
3. It is an mid-duty class EOT crane, the duty class is A3~A4, the working environment temperature is -20 ~ +45 centigradethe
4. The rated capacity from 5 tons to 50 tons, the span is 7.5-35m.
5. The control modes are cabin control, pendant pushbuttons control or remote control for choice.

6. This EOT crane(double beam overhead crane) is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipmenmt in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment.

There are two types of operation room: open type and closed type, which can be divided into two types of left or right installation according to the actual situation.
